Shanti Persaud is a highly accomplished Guyanese leader, entrepreneur, and psychotherapist dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations. With an extensive background in business, banking, and corporate training, she holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership and a Master's in Business Administration. As the founder of Lead To Influence and Guyana's first non-profit leadership foundation, she's passionate about fostering servant leadership and personal growth. Currently, she also serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Silvie's Industrial Solutions and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), reflecting her commitment to holistic development and well-being.
