How does it work?
Private Sellers, Sales and Rental Agents, Property Developers and Landlords advertise their property listings on our website. Renters or buyers, can easily find contact details on all listings, helping them quickly engage with each other and secure their rentals and purchases.
What commission do you take?
We don’t - that’s right - you heard it correctly - none/nada/zilch. We take no commission from any listings on our website. We simply charge a flat fee to advertise your property. Just head over to Pricing to find out about our low cost plans.
Why do you have a free offer?
Well, we’re new in town and we understand that Landlords, Agents and Sellers are the bedrock of Real Estate in Guyana and we thought we’d share our services to help you close the deal. How can I list a property?
Head over to Pricing and buy the plan that best suits your needs. A member of our team will then contact you to request the details of the property, or depending on your plan, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to help you get them online quickly.
How do I list more than one property?
Send an email to listings@guyana-estate.com and let us know the details of the properties you would like to list and a member of our team will get back to you.
What types of property do you list?
Any - we list everything from residential detached homes to apartments and land to commercial properties including offices, retail, warehouses and more.
Do you do valuations?
Yes - we've got local valuation firms that can help you value your property professionally. Just drop us a line on listings@guyana-estate.com
Do you do photos and videos?
